Alumni Affairs assists classes, teams, and clubs in organizing reunions. We can help you get in touch with your group through a newsletter and promotion in the Portico. Many classes choose to hold their reunion in June as part of one of the main events on Alumni Weekend and take advantage of the tours and other activities taking place on campus. If you wish to hold your reunion during Alumni Weekend we'll include your class activities in all our related advertising including the Alumni Weekend brochure.
We assist all reunion groups by promoting your activities and providing advice and suggestions. Where possible we can arrange a visit from a university representative, such as the dean of your college. To find out more about reunion planning contact your alumni manager through Alumni Affairs at 519-824-4120 ext. 56934.
