Real Estate Scholarship and Student Opportunity Fund

By creating three scholarships for undergraduate students and supporting the Jane Londerville Real Estate and House Student Opportunity Fund, the university will be able to increase experiential learning opportunities. To accomplish this goal, we are looking to raise $90,000.
Impact
Senior executives and CEOs in the real estate industry are concerned about the next generation of leaders and employees. Where will the come from? Will they be prepared?
There is an unfortunate tradition of people falling into the industry almost by accident and limited awareness of post-secondary real estate programs.
Sustainable funding for the Jane Londerville Fund would enable the university to offer more experiential opportunities to students, giving them hands-on training and experience before they step into the real estate world. When the fund becomes more substantial, our program will increase in size, popularity, and success.
Goals
In order to attract highly talented students to the program and compete with emerging undergraduate real estate programs, the university needs increased support for scholarships.
Students in the real estate program would be able to:
- Attend international real estate case competitions
- Study abroad
- Participate in tours
