Sandy Chen, BComm '10

Sandy graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Housing and Real Estate Management (Co-op).

While at the University of Guelph, Sandy was very active in the community. She was a Campus Ambassador, Senior Peer with the Peer Helper Program, Tutor for Students With Disabilities (CSD), Teaching Assistant within the Housing and Real Estate Management Program and an Academic Cluster Leader with Residence Life.

Since graduating, Sandy has remained active within the Alumni community. She has been an active participant in organizing the annual Real Estate and Housing Alumni Event and has been a Mentor for Real Estate and Housing students interested in becoming a Realtor.

Sandy has over 10 years of experience in the Toronto real estate market and is currently a Broker with Re/Max Ultimate Realty Inc. She is the co-founder of Kennedy Group Real Estate Team and is proud to help her clients achieve their real estate goals with personalized and professional service.

Sandy lives in Toronto with her husband, Mike Kennedy (also a former Gryphon), daughter and their beloved Golden Retriever.
